Profil'air® sensors

The sensors are consumables. They incorporate the nanoporous material which filters, traps, and reacts selectively with the targeted pollutant.

The Profil'air® sensors are presently sold for formaldehyde measurement, and will soon be available for other leading indoor air pollutants:

  • Aldehydes
  • BTEX (Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl-benzene and Xylenes)
  • Chloramines...

The Profil'air® product range consists of two distinct types of sensors, depending on the desired mode of measurement (static or dynamic sampling).

Sensors for static sampling

The Profil'air® Static sensor is suitable for static sampling (with no airflow control). The recommended sampling duration varies from a few hours to several days, depending on the concentration (higher levels of pollutants require shorter durations).

Sensors are sold in packs of 5 or 25 units.

Sensors for dynamic sampling

The Profil'air® Dynamic sensor is suitable for static sampling (without a controlled air flow). The recommended sampling duration varies from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the concentration (higher levels of pollutants require shorter exposures).

Sensors are sold in packs of 5 or 25 units.
